Qualifications

• Product design and process development engineering experience.
• 2D drawing and 3D CAD proficiency required.
• DOE, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ methods and validation knowledge.
• Experience with laser welding, metrology, and manufacturability.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to Lucid AMP locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development, feasibility studies, and prototype work.
• Define process and equipment requirements with process engineers.
• Develop test methods and validation plans for powertrain performance.
• Collaborate across teams to refine performance specs and roadmaps.
• Train technicians and support equipment commissioning and handoff to Operations.
