Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Supplier Industrialization Engineering in Southfield, MI. You will lead cross‑functional teams, drive program milestones, and optimize data dashboards to enable executive decisions.

The role requires 5–7 years in automotive program management, strong communication, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills with experience in Smartsheet, SAP, JIRA, Tableau and costing tools. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years automotive program management experience in stamping, casting, injection molding, chassis components or interiors.
• Strong communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to meet program objectives and manage risks.
• Develop and optimize KPI dashboards and ETL pipelines for executive decisions.
• Conduct data audits and ensure data accuracy and timeliness with stakeholders.
• Provide training and support on dashboards and data interpretation.
