Lucid Motors is seeking a Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering for Chassis Suspension & Structures to lead a global team and drive supplier readiness across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

You will develop supplier capability strategies, oversee DFMA, APQP, PPAP processes, and ensure launches meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while partnering with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years automotive manufacturing experience and supplier industrialization experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, GD&T, DFM/A, IATF 16949, ISO quality systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% globally.
• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead a global team of Supplier Industrialization Engineers and technical leads.
• Develop supplier industrialization strategies and roadmaps for chassis commodities.
• Lead supplier readiness reviews, launch readiness, and manufacturing risk assessments.
• Partner with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Ensure suppliers meet launch timing, quality targets, and ramp requirements.
• Establish performance goals, OKRs, and career development plans for the team.
