H.O. Penn Machinery is seeking a Field Service Supervisor – Power Systems in Bronx, NY. The role leads field service operations, coordinating technicians, equipment, and parts to deliver high-value service and meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in power systems or related field service, strong leadership and communication skills, and deep knowledge of EPG systems, diagnostics, and safety practices. Eligible for competitive benefits and a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in power systems, diesel engines, heavy equipment, or related field service operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience coaching technicians.
• Strong knowledge of electric power generation (EPG) systems and diagnostics.
• Experience managing service operations: scheduling, parts, tooling, workload priorities.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business acumen including profitability, productivity metrics.
• Commitment to safety with EHS knowledge.
