Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Engineering Team Lead to define our technical foundation, architect next-generation power solutions, and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering design team. You will own the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, translating market requirements into system-level specifications and verification plans.

This remote role requires collaboration across disciplines and travel as needed to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) required.
• Master's degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering preferred.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team of electrical, mechanical, and controls/software engineers.
• Establish engineering workflows, standards, and peer-review processes.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with Project Management to meet deliverables.
• Translate high-level MRDs into rigorous system-level requirements, functional specs, and ICDs.
