Job summary

Celestica seeks a Senior Systems Engineer & Engineering Team Lead to define the technical foundation, architect next-gen power solutions, and lead a multidisciplinary design team. You will own the end-to-end systems engineering lifecycle, translating requirements into robust system-level specs and interfaces.

You will drive architecture for multi-MW modular infrastructure, ensure safety, reliability, and rapid deployment, and partner with manufacturing for DFX to optimize producibility and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) required.
• Master’s degree in Electrical/Systems Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team (electrical, mechanical, controls/software).
• Define system-level requirements and architecture for multi-MW modular power solutions.
• Oversee verification, FAT protocols, and field commissioning guidelines.
