Job summary

Celestica International LP is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Engineering Team Lead to define the technical foundation, architect next-gen power solutions, and lead a multidisciplinary design team. You will own the end-to-end systems lifecycle, translating MRDs into rigorous requirements and driving architecture for multi-MW modular infrastructure.

You will oversee 3-phase electrical power distribution, ensure safety and high reliability, and align with standards (UL 9540A, NFPA, CE/IEC).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy industrial power systems design or data center infra.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience bringing modular or containerized capital equipment to manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s in EE required; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team of electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers.
• Define system-level requirements, architecture, and interface control documents.
• Develop verification plans, FAT protocols, and field commissioning guidance.
