Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• 8+ years in heavy industrial power systems design or related field.
• 3+ years in formal technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience bringing modular/containers capital equipment from concept to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary design team of electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers.
• Establish and enforce engineering workflows, design standards, and peer-review processes.
• Coordinate resources and project schedules with Project Management to meet deliverables.
• Translate market requirements into system-level requirements, specifications, and ICDs.
• Oversee 3-phase electrical power distribution architectures, interfaces, and boundaries.
• Develop verification plans, FAT protocols, and field commissioning guidelines.
• Collaborate with manufacturing/service teams for design-for-manufacturability.
