Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Power group to lead complex power delivery projects for electric utilities. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor junior PMs, strengthen PM practices, and collaborate with leadership to grow the Power practice. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership and delivery focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience managing engineering or infrastructure projects, including transmission line and substation projects.
• PE or PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of engineering projects for electric utilities.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety for delivery.
• Mentor junior project managers and staff; improve PM practices.
