WSP USA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Power Delivery Project Management Team. This role manages day‑to‑day project activities, guides engineering teams, and ensures delivery of Substation, Transmission, and Distribution projects across the US with a focus on EPC execution.

The SPM will provide strategic leadership, maintain QA/QC, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor junior staff while engaging with clients to align with business goals and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP allowed.
• 12+ years in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/mV projects.
• 2+ years in EPC delivery model.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day project management activities for EPC substation, transmission and distribution projects.
• Provide strategic leadership, ensure QA/QC, manage risks, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor staff and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to meet client objectives.
• Maintain client relations, regular reporting, and governance across projects.
