Job summary

S&B is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and be accountable for large, complex EPC capital projects in Energy, Power, and Midstream. You will act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance while aligning with contractual and corporate requirements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total industry experience with 11+ years in PM/leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large-capital EPC projects.
• Experience with multi-discipline teams and large EPC contracts.
• Knowledge of EPC execution models, project controls, cost forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience interfacing with owner organizations and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface with clients for large EPC projects.
• Develop executive relationships through reviews and reporting.
• Establish project organization, strategy, and staffing plans.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and construction cost estimates.
• Be accountable for safety, quality, cost, and schedule across all phases.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation, root-cause investigations.
• Ensure adherence to PM standards, quality systems, and safety requirements.
• Manage EPC capital budget and project expenditures.
• Support proposals, client presentations, and business development.
• Capture lessons learned and ensure client satisfaction at close-out.
