Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager with energy experience to lead Power Delivery design teams on large, complex projects. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, client relations, and risk across multiple offices, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate with federal, state, and local authorities for permits and maintain ongoing business development activities while mentoring junior PMs and driving portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or business.
• 5+ years in energy engineering with 5+ years in project management.
• Experience in Transmission, Substation, and Distribution.
• Solid understanding of PMP principles.
• Proven ability to manage large multi-discipline programs across offices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement medium to large multi-discipline engineering projects across offices.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and contract development.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans after award.
• Lead project teams and ensure tasks start and finish per schedule.
• Coordinate with authorities for permits and code compliance.
• Maintain client relationships and manage project risk and change orders.
• Mentor other project managers and lead project reviews.
