Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Power Delivery Management Team to lead day-to-day project management activities for Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects across the US. The role emphasizes high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to PM best practices in a hybrid office setting.

The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle from proposal through closeout, including risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP preferred.
• 15+ years in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• 3+ years in EPC delivery model for engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for project management of HV/EHV projects across the US.
• Mentor project management staff on PM best practices and earned value management.
• Lead or participate in contract reviews, risk mitigation, and pricing discussions.
• Coordinate with area managers on staffing, subcontracting, and resource needs.
• Maintain client communications with monthly progress reporting and KPI oversight.
