Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager in Power Delivery to lead complex HV transmission and substation projects. You will drive delivery from proposal to closeout, manage scope, schedule, budget and safety, and serve as the client liaison with multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor project managers and collaborate with leadership to advance PM practices and grow our power practice in a hybrid work environment in Gainesville, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline required.
• PE registration (Electrical or Civil/Structural) or PMP certification required.
• Experience managing transmission line and substation projects for utilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of power delivery projects for electric utilities across lifecycle stages.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and client satisfaction on all projects.
• Mentor junior staff and strengthen project management practices across the team.
• Coordinate with Power leadership to drive growth and maintain client relationships.
