WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery Senior Project Manager to lead engineering and construction initiatives across the United States. You will oversee EPC programs, drive schedule, cost control, risk management, and client communications while ensuring safety and quality.

Based in a US office with hybrid remote options, you will manage high voltage and EHV projects, mentor teams, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; PMP considered.
• 15+ years in project management within the Power Delivery/Utility sector.
• 5+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.
• 3+ years managing EPC delivery projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV projects across the US, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Mentor project management staff and ensure adherence to internal PM practices and EVMs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, kick-off meetings, and contract reviews to meet client expectations.
• Oversee scope, budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs; ensure timely reporting and closeout.
