WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Power Delivery project management team on Substation, Transmission, and Distribution projects across the United States. The role emphasizes technical leadership, schedule and cost control, risk management, and strong client engagement.

The SPM will manage day-to-day project execution, promote quality deliverables, and provide strategic direction for project controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP considered.
• 12+ years in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
• Experience leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for EPC project management across Substation, Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Develop and enforce project controls, schedules, budgets, risks, and KPI tracking.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, client reporting, and contract/price reviews.
• Mentor junior PMs, engineers, and staff to improve delivery performance.
• Oversee QA/QC, safety, and compliance with utility standards.
