Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager General to lead large multidiscipline projects in the power sector from development through close‑out. You will establish client relations, assist with marketing and meetings, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, and production to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

You will supervise project staff, implement QA/QC, and mentor less‑experienced project managers while collaborating with executives to review progress and optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years related experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project's lifecycle.
• Responsible for large multidisciplinary projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through project life cycle and ensure deliverables meet schedule.
• Track financial aspects and adjust work to stay within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and mentor junior PMs.
