Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help clients develop, contract, and implement natural gas and renewable energy projects while serving as Owner’s Engineer or Advisor.

You will lead multi-discipline teams, manage client relationships, monitor schedules and budgets, and ensure project profitability. Strong communication and project leadership skills are essential, with experience in utility-scale power generation and EPC contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Active participant in our employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
• Achieve project schedule, quality, and profitability goals.
• Serve as proposal champion/manager and assist with contract review and risk assessment.
• Provide daily leadership to the project team and technical staff.
• Coordinate with client and project team to align deliverables.
• Monitor budget and schedule; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Monitor scope and changes; provide training and mentoring.
