Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Project Manager Engineering to lead large multidiscipline projects from development through close-out in our Substation Engineering group. You will direct cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and build strong client relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 10 years of related experience and a minimum of 5 years in project management, plus a PE license. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 10 years related experience.
• At least 5 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience; Access is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through project's lifecycle.
• Manage large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
• Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle and ensure deliverables on schedule.
• Track financial aspects and ensure budget and schedule compliance.
