The role emphasizes client-facing leadership, proposal development, risk management, and collaboration with vendors, permitting stakeholders, and field partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 15+ years of PM/engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in power generation, substations, and electrical infrastructure.
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused projects in power generation, substations, and distribution.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and risk across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams across electrical, civil, structural, and controls.
• Support business development through proposals, scoping, and go/no-go input.
• Develop scopes of work, execution plans, and schedules.
