Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience are required.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Coordinates with engineering and construction teams to ensure deliverables meet schedule.
