Responsibilities

Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
Prepares detailed statements of work with budgets and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
Manages project costs to ensure profitability.
Prepares timely client billings and ensures payment; approves subcontractor invoices.
Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
Manages change using change management protocols.
Communicates deadlines and objectives to project teams.
Prepares overall project schedule and construction budgets by area of responsibility.
Facilitates meetings with stakeholders.
Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
