Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager for heavy industrial power plants in the United States. You will define projects, set schedules and budgets, and guide cross-functional teams through complex construction efforts.

You will manage costs, oversee client billings and subcontractor invoices, and mentor junior PMs while coordinating with engineering and construction disciplines to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payment.
• Coordinates submittals with agencies and stakeholders.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages.
