Job summary

Responsibilities include defining project scope, creating schedules and budgets, managing costs and profitability, coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing changes, and mentoring junior project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with heavy industrial power/power plant clients preferred.
• 10% or less travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets; secure approvals.
• Manage project costs and profitability; oversee client billings and subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project status, risks, and change management; escalate as needed.
• Communicate deadlines, assignments, and objectives to the project team.
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings, bid tabulations, and project closeouts.
