Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with heavy industrial power/ power plant expertise. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects and coordinate stakeholders to drive profitability and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include managing costs, client billing, change control, risk reviews, bid preparation, subcontractor coordination, and mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification expected within 12 months of hire.
• Significant design-build/EPC experience with heavy industrial power/power plant clients.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Manage project costs and ensure profitability and timely client payments.
• Coordinate and review submittals, change management, and contract modifications.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports, bid packages, addendums and closeout documentation.
