Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with extensive background in heavy industrial power plants. The role involves leading project definitions, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities include cost control, client invoicing, change management, and mentoring junior PMs. Travel is limited to about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM, or DBIA certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepare statements of work with budgets and approvals.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Review client billings and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor risks and escalate appropriately.
• Manage change with change management protocols.
• Coordinate submittals to agencies.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
