Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power / power plants. You will lead project definitions, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications while driving profitability and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Manages project costs and is responsible for profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
• Coordinates submittals to agencies and manages change.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
