Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with substantial expertise in heavy industrial power plants. You will develop project definitions, schedules, and budgets, and manage costs to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities include coordinating submittals, change management, and communicating deadlines to the project team. Travel is 10% or less, with opportunities to mentor junior PMs and lead client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion).

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Coordinate submittals and change management processes.
• Review and approve invoices to ensure timely payment.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepare monthly reports and bid packages.
