Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with heavy industrial power and power plant experience. You will lead schedules, budgets, and risk management while coordinating with design and field teams.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, 13+ years in project management, and PMI/PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months. Travel is up to 10%. A strong leadership and client communication background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of relevant work experience.
• PMI PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and client billing.

Responsibilities

• Create project definitions, schedules and budgets.
• Manage project costs and profitability.
• Prepare and review client billings and ensure timely payment.
• Coordinate submittals and approvals with stakeholders.
• Mentor less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepare monthly reports and bid packages.
• Plan closeout and lessons learned meetings.
