Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with extensive heavy industrial power project background. You will drive project definitions, schedules, budgets, and client communications across multiple stakeholders to ensure profitable delivery.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, 13+ years of experience, and PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months. Travel is minimal; opportunity to mentor junior PMs and lead complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs ensuring profitability and reviews client billings and subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status, risks, and change management; communicates deadlines and objectives to the team.
• Prepares monthly reports, bid packages, addendums, and coordinates with construction managers.
