Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with heavy industrial power/power plant expertise. You will define, schedule, budget, and lead complex projects while ensuring profitability and timely client Billings.

Responsibilities include risk monitoring, change management, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and delivering projects per schedule. Travel is 10% or less; qualification timelines are provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Prepares statements of work with WBS and secures stakeholder concurrence.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor/vendor invoices for timely payments.
• Monitors project status and escalates risks as needed.
• Manages change using change protocols.
