Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Manages project costs and ensures profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payments.
• Coordinates submittals and reviews design/engineering changes.
• Mentors less experienced Project Managers.
• Prepares monthly reports and bid packages.
