Job summary

The Perry Group, a CDM Smith company, is seeking an experienced design-build/EPC Project Manager with significant experience in heavy industrial power / power plants. You will lead definitions, schedules, budgets and risk management for diverse projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities include managing costs, billings, change controls, and ensuring timely payment while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bacheloranes degree is required.
• Thirteen (13) or more years of relevant work experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for projects.
• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and budgets and secures approvals.
• Manages project costs and profitability.
• Prepares and reviews client billings and ensures timely payment; approves subcontractor invoices.
• Monitors project status, risks, and change management processes.
• Communicates deadlines and objectives to project teams.
• Prepares overall project schedule and in-house budgets by group.
• Coordinates and leads meetings with stakeholders.
