Job summary

K&A Power Group in Westwood, MA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex energy and utility projects across overhead, substation, and underground work scopes. You will direct schedule, budget, procurement, and contract administration with a client-focused delivery mindset.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage risk, and drive change management while engaging stakeholders and owners across multiple sites nationwide. Travel to MA/CT/NH is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience with at least three in Project Management
• Experience in Construction of Transmission Lines is highly desirable
• Valid Motor Vehicle Operators License required
• Willingness to travel MA/CT/NH and participate in storm/incident response

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project management overview and direction across overhead, substation, and underground segments
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support project scope
• Manage schedule, budget, and contract administration throughout project lifecycle
• Prepare bid documents, cost sheets, and procurement actions; review RFIs and submittals
• Lead team meetings, track action items, and report progress to Owner and stakeholders
• Support siting, permitting, and risk mitigation efforts and ensure safety standards are met
