Job summary

K&A Power Group in Westwood, Massachusetts, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex energy projects, including overhead, transmission, and substation work, with strong schedule, budget, and stakeholder management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred), at least 10 years of related experience, and willingness to travel MA/CT/NH; office-based with site visits and emergency response as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required/considered equivalent experience
• Master’s Degree preferred; Project Management coursework desirable
• Ten years of related experience with at least three in Project Management
• Experience in transmission line construction highly desirable
• Valid driver's license required; willingness to travel MA/CT/NH
• Office-based with field visits and potential storm/incident response responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level project management overview, schedule, and budget control for complex projects
• Coordinate internal and external resources across engineering, permitting, procurement, and field operations
• Administer contracts, RFIs, submittals, invoices, and change orders
• Lead recurring team meetings and manage change negotiations with Owner and contractors
• Prepare cost sheets and project progress reports for executive management
• Support E-Builder implementation and storm/ERP activities as required
