Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related field.
• PE or equivalent professional license preferred
• PMP Certification preferred
• Minimum of 11 years of experience; at least 8 years in project management
• Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and closeout documents
• Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships
• Experience interpreting client contract requirements
• Ability to track and oversee multiple projects
• Experience using problem-solving and independent judgment
• Experience budgeting, forecasts and cash management for projects
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
• Strong communicator, adaptable to different audiences
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 preferred
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within scope, budget and schedule while assessing risks and financial measures.
• Manage client relationships and resolve technical, financial or logistical issues.
• Identify target markets and develop marketing plan strategies.
• Communicate updates to client, management and project teams.
• Prepare for and attend monthly project review meetings with operations.
