Job summary

K&A Power Group in Westwood, Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex power transmission and distribution projects. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 10+ years of project management experience, and willingness to travel MA/CT/NH. Storm response readiness is also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Finance; equivalent degree/experience considered.
• Master’s Degree is preferred; Project Management coursework desirable.
• Ten years of related experience, including at least three years in project management.
• Experience in construction of transmission lines is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be available to travel MA/CT/NH as necessary.
• Office environment with some field/site visits; storm/incident response possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level project management overview and direction.
• Manage schedule, scope, and costs across project segments.
• Coordinate internal/external resources (engineering, permitting, procurement, etc.).
• Develop and review cost sheets and presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead recurring team meetings and track action items.
• Report progress on cost, schedule, safety, and environmental concerns.
• Support project management tools (E-Builder/ERP) as required.
