You will drive safety, quality, schedule, and cost, aligning with Worley policies and client expectations while delivering high-impact solutions for grid modernization and decarbonization.

You will oversee engineering, procurement, and project delivery, build strong client relationships, and mentor teams across regions to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with power systems, transmission, generation, or grid modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, productivity, and budget.
• Lead execution of power projects (generation, transmission lines, substations, distribution systems, grid modernization initiatives).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate across different regional Worley offices to deliver strategic power projects.
• Cross sector integration for clean and decarbonization projects related to power generation.
