Job summary

K&A Power Group in Westwood, Massachusetts seeks a Senior Project Manager with extensive PM experience to lead complex power projects. You will coordinate engineering, permitting, scheduling, and procurement, ensuring on-budget, on-schedule delivery across overhead, substation, and underground segments.

The role requires travel across MA/CT/NH, strong leadership, and a track record in utility projects. A bachelor’s in engineering is preferred; Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related experience with at least three years in project management.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in transmission line construction is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license is required; travel between MA/CT/NH as needed.
• Office-based work with field site visits to high voltage substations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to support project scope.
• Drive project schedule, manage scope, and control costs.
• Develop siting requirements and related documents.
• Prepare cost sheets and present project status to stakeholders.
• Lead contractor pre-bid meetings and review submittals.
• Administer contracts for construction phase and owner-supplied items.
