Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years in a project management role within A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power delivery consulting.
• Strong understanding of project delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
• Excellent communication and leadership across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with management across the project life cycle to support cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
• Provide regular project reporting to clients, technical leads, and business leaders, identifying issues and mitigation strategies.
• Build long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Develop and standardize processes and ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
