Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or PM experience in A/E/C/utility/EPC environment.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience in the engineering/construction sector.
• Proven ability to manage projects through DBB, EPC, and PDB delivery models.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and business acumen to bridge business and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership, subcontractors, and staff.

• Coordinate across management levels to support cost and schedule objectives.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management.
• Provide regular project reporting and mitigation strategies to clients and leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to QA/QC, safety standards, and established processes; help standardize procedures.
• Travel as needed for face-to-face meetings and project oversight.
