Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Power & Energy Project Manager for its Lakewood, CO office. The role provides high‑level technical project leadership and oversight of administrative, commercial, and technical components for power generation projects from proposal to closeout.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, risk/change management, and client communications. You will mentor staff, ensure QA/QC, and represent WSP in negotiations and meetings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within the power/energy sector.
• Experience delivering projects through DBB, EPC, or PDB delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication across leadership, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for large, complex projects including budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and risk tracking.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change control.
• Maintain regular client reporting and foster strong client relationships.
