Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Director (Power & Energy) for a remote role. You will lead complex power and energy programs, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and provide governance and strategic direction across teams.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, contract negotiations, risk management, and senior leadership oversight to deliver profitable outcomes on large-scale assignments. This role demands strong commercial awareness and authoritative decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience in power and energy.
• Advanced understanding of project delivery processes in the A/E/C industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for managing diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Engage and maintain relationships with project stakeholders at all levels.
• Participate in contract negotiations and technical presentations.
• Ensure profitable performance and successful completion of projects.
• Provide leadership and strategic advice to multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain project governance documentation and risk management plans.
• Facilitate project closeout activities and lessons-learned meetings.
