Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience in power and energy.
• Advanced understanding of project delivery processes in the A/E/C industry.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for managing diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Director (Power & Energy) - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead complex program and project delivery across power and energy initiatives, with a strong emphasis on schedule, budget, governance, and profitable execution. The position will partner closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to guide technical decision-making and keep work moving through all phases of delivery. It also requires strong commercial awareness, contract involvement, and the ability to bring structure, risk control, and senior-level leadership to large-scale assignments.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
