WSP seeks a Senior Program Director to lead the most complex, large-scale programs in the Power & Energy PMO. Location options include Tulsa, OK or other south-central states with regular travel to client sites across a multi-state territory.

The role emphasizes embedded client support, regional coordination, and reliable delivery of EHV transmission and distribution programs, with governance, risk, and financial oversight, and a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major.
• 15+ years of post‑education experience in project/program management in power/utility/large capital infra.
• Experience across DBB, EPC, PDB delivery models in client‑led governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, large-scale projects with budgets, forecasts, KPIs, risk, and contractual obligations.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, provide clear, timely reporting on progress and portfolio health.
• Participate in contract negotiations, presentations, and governance reviews.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and locations.
