Lumen Energy in the United States is seeking a Remote Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end solar project delivery from lease signing to COD.

You’ll coordinate owners, developers, lenders, EPCs, and property managers across a multi-year portfolio, running parallel workstreams while providing trusted advisor service.

No solar background required; strong commitment, proven cross-functional leadership, and ability to scale a high-impact function are essential.

Qualifications

2–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, CRE, or similar client-facing roles.
Experience leading multiple workstreams with many stakeholders.
Strong communication to explain complex technical or legal details to senior, non-technical audiences.
Comfortable with ambiguity and building a scalable function.
Ready to own outcomes directly rather than just advise.

Responsabilités

Oversee owner engagement system and ensure regular updates.
Identify and resolve project risks early to keep COD.
Drive lease signature to COD across site plan reviews, SNDA, leases, incentives, and construction.
Lead quarterly reviews with owner stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Design playbooks, dashboards, and communication standards to scale the function.
Build trusted relationships with developers and property managers.
