WSP USA is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to oversee HV/EHV substation and transmission line engineering projects, manage budgets and schedules, and develop client relationships from Texas offices with remote flexibility.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, driving project lifecycle from proposal to closeout, and ensuring quality and safety standards across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field in Power & Energy.
• 12+ years of post-education PM experience in Power Delivery.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams on HV/EHV substation or TL projects.
• 5+ years experience with IOUs, IPPs, Co-Ops, Munis, or contractors.
• Proficient with project management processes: contract, risk, schedule, and financials.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV substations and/or transmission line projects.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and report progress.
• Lead contract reviews, risk mitigation strategies, and pricing reviews.
• May participate in contract negotiations and client presentations.
• Ensure QA/QC through technical reviews and staff guidance.
• Coordinate with area/technical managers on resources and subcontracting.
