Job summary

WSP is seeking a Power Delivery Project Manager to lead engineering project execution across Substation, Transmission and Distribution initiatives in the US. The role emphasizes schedules, cost control, risk management, and governance across EPC delivery of complex substations and line projects.

The PM will partner with clients and executives, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; PMP considered.
• 10+ years of post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for HV/EHV clients.
• 1 year with Engineer, Procure, Construction (EPC) delivery model.
• Knowledge of PM processes: Contract, EV, Change, Risk, Schedule, Financial.
• PE License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV/EHV projects across the US.
• Lead design, engineering, procurement, construction support, and close-out.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources including vendors.
• Lead client discussions and develop relationships.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain governance, risk, and reporting for projects.
