Job summary

WSB is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Power Delivery to lead electric utility projects including transmission lines, substations, interconnections, and system expansions from development through turnover.

The ideal candidate has seven or more years of project-management experience in electric utilities, with strong leadership and communication skills to deliver complex capital projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, construction management, business, project management, or a related discipline.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible project-management, engineering, construction, or program-delivery experience.
• Experience supporting electric utility, power delivery, energy, or related infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project scopes, execution plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with technical leaders to develop labor estimates and deliverables.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering deliverables and manage interfaces.
• Provide timely project updates to clients and management.
