Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience; PMP considered.
• 12+ years of progressive post-education project management experience in Power Delivery/Utility.
• 3+ years leading engineering/construction teams for medium to large electrical utility projects.
• 2+ years managing EPC-delivery projects.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools including Contract Management, EV/M, Change Management, Schedule & Financial Management.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day project management activities for Substation, Transmission, and Distribution projects.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership in project controls, risk, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with EPC teams, clients, and regulators to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior project staff; enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and documentation through PMP, Risk Registers, QP, and PSP.
